Types of Fishing

Offshore: Offshore fishing is done beyond the reef line for Pelagic Dolphin fish (Mahi Mahi, Dorado), Sailfish, Wahaoo, Tuna, and many others. Fish with live bait and lures, utilizing techniques such as trolling and live baiting.
Reef/Wreck:
(Ocean/Gulf)
Reef: On the reef you catch a variety of Snapper, Grouper, Mackerel, Cobia, Jacks, and Barracuda

Wreck: Fishing is in deeper water, catch Grouper, Snapper, Amberjacks, African Pompano, and Tuna.

Flats/Back Country Working large flats and channel edges for Tarpon, Bonefish, Permit, Barracuda, and Jack
Tarpon/Shark Tarpon fishing is done in the evening between May and July. Brad fishes the ocean side as well as the bay channels using live Mullet. Shark fishing is done in the same channels using butterflied Barracudas for chum and Mullet for chunk bait. Done only in the evenings.
